Do you want to take part in Round Two of The Best Little Bead Box? If yes, please copy the application below, fill it out, and email a completed copy to both sandfibers@yahoo.com and vanbeads@yahoo.com by midnight (Eastern Time) on December 1, 2010.  

We will announce the beaders for Round 2 on December 15, 2010. If you are not one of the twelve chosen for this round, your application will stay in the pool for the next round.
